HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER 

    Made to Order & Custom:

    Current lead time to ship is 3 to 6 weeks.

    • An automated email will be sent at the time of order.
    • An email will be sent confirming the current lead times within one business day.
    • An email will be sent with the tracking information at the time of shipment.
    • Shipper may send email updates on shipping progress.

    EMAILS:  We only email you regarding your order.  We do NOT send promotional emails or share your information with anyone.

    High Country Iron products are sold exclusively by High Country Iron LLC and are available only on our website.  

     SHIPPING INFORMATION

    SHIPPING IN THE CONTINENTAL US: UPS Ground or USPS Mail.  Pricing is "Flat Rate Tiered", based on the order total.  Combined shipments save on shipping cost.

    SHIPPING TO ALASKA & HAWAII:  Smaller items will ship USPS Priority Mail. Email the complete description of the items you are interested in purchasing and the complete "Ship To" address.  We will quote the best option available.

    SHIPPING OUTSIDE US:  We do not ship internationally. 

    CANCELLATIONS, REFUND AND RETURNS POLICIES 

    MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: If you return your item(s) (for any reason) we will issue a refund less 20% re-stocking fee. The 20% is calculated on the "Online Price" excluding any additional discounts. A return authorization must be obtained prior to the return. Item must be returned within 30 days in the original condition (new uninstalled product). Shipping cost are not refundable. Discounted Shipping: Actual shipping charges will be deducted from refund. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
     
    CANCELLATIONS:  A re-stocking fee will be charged on orders once the items are under construction. 

     

    If there is a defect with your purchase we will repair or replace it at no charge.

     

     

    Colors shown on computer screens will vary depending on many different factors. We highly recommend ordering sample plates to insure proper color selection. We will refund the complete cost of the color plates including shipping cost if they are returned in good condition and an order of $200.00 or more is placed. Otherwise, we will refund the cost of the color plates less the shipping cost if they are returned in good condition. Sample Plates are shipped with return prepaid envelope. Just drop it in the mail.
